Hope for Future Generations is seeking a proactive and personable Front Desk Intern to support our operations in Accra, Ghana.
📌 Position Details:
- Location: Accra, Ghana
- Duration: 6 months (Full-time)
- Benefits: Stipend + communication provided

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and external partners.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and welcoming guests.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure effective communication flow.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Support basic office administration, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy and professional.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Administration, Public Relations, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanour with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
