The Yilo Krobo Municipal Health Directorate, with support from HFFG and Socioserve, successfully organized a community Durbar to celebrate the African Vaccination and Child Health Promotion Week. Queen mothers, health officials, and other stakeholders were present to share vital information on immunization, growth monitoring, vitamin supplementation, and nutrition. At the durbar, HFFG stressed the need for the government to urgently settle its co-financing arrears for 2024 and for mothers to commit to the health of their children. Immunization financing is key. This is inline with our message on Financing Advocacy for Immunization Response in Ghana. Children are the future!
